Our commitment

At Rodriguez Latorre Law we believe every person — regardless of ability — deserves access to clear legal information. We strive to make this website accessible in accordance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA.

Accessibility features implemented

  • "Skip to content" link visible when navigating by keyboard (skip link)
  • Correct lang attribute on all pages (en-US / es-US)
  • Descriptive alternative text on all content images
  • Sufficient color contrast between text and background
  • Logical heading structure (H1 → H2 → H3)
  • Keyboard-accessible navigation and buttons
  • ARIA labels on interactive elements (menu, FAQ, video)
  • Minimum touch target size of 48 × 48 px on mobile
  • Minimum font size of 12 px

Known limitations

While we continuously work to improve accessibility, some sections or third-party content (such as YouTube videos) may not fully meet WCAG 2.1 AA standards. We continue to identify and address any barriers.
